Iran national park showcases rare desert wildlife

Kavir National park, mostly located in Iranian province of Semnan, is an ecological zone with desert and steppe landscapes.

The natural attraction is home to a wide range of rare animal species, including Asiatic cheetah, grey wolf, striped hyena, Persia leopard and red fox.

Lying on the edge of Iran’s Dasht-e Kavir desert, the region reveals the natural beauty of the mysterious desert with steppe landscape as well.
